Replacement Policy:
When you request custom designs they will be produced as close to the image as possible. Please remember that each design is made to order, no two arrangements are exactly alike and substitutions of colors and/or varieties of flowers, vases, packaging and containers may be necessary.

Return policy and cancellation of the order:
